"Ordered in store, asked to use my bluelight discount as advertised by pizzahut and blue light, the colleague on the till said he doesn't know if they do or not and just stared at me blankly for a few seconds, i then asked if there was someone who did know and they said the owner would, I said great and again they just starred at me blankly. I then had to prompt them by asking for the owner and they said oh I don't know where they are... Was really uncomfortable and awkward."
