"Good - Staff members are usually friendly and polite. Good tennis facilities and amazing service at the lobby. Bad - Seriously lacking weighting equipment and super crowded between 5-8pm. Ugly - Poor spa facilities, less than premium adult changing rooms and utter revolting family changing areas."
"I do enjoy David Lloyd mainly due to Tennis. This made a big difference in my life and improve my mental and physical health. I took some great tennis coaching session with Dean which had improved my game a lot and I do enjoy tennis lesson. Spa is not the biggest but well maintained and clean, swimming pool with high ceiling looks nice. Yoga and blaze are the best when it comes to work out and stretch. So you can always find something to do."
"Great facilities but could be a lot cleaner for the membership amount. Ladies toilets smell damp, need a deep clean and some sort of freshener. Ladies changing need a freshener too, ladies showers have hair everywhere and flies."
"I’ve been a member for sometime. Still the best in the area but this club is very much a revenue focused. Their standard massively dropped. The amount of people here after 8am is huge, no parking space available after certain time of the day. But because you need to drive to come here, this contributes to the parking issue. Pricey in the area but the facilities are acceptable. Compare to their sister companies, Dartford branch is lacking to so many exceptional experiences. Would I recommend the club? No! Why? Standard is poor, customer care is lacking and not enough staff. Price? Expensive for what you’ll be paying. Poor quality towel, thin like a tea towel. Celsius Spa? Most of the time out of order, endless issue."
"Overall facility is great but has got a few big flaws. The towels at reception seems to have shrunk massively and look more like a hand towel. We have just rejoined for another year but am slightly regretting the decision, if it wasn’t for the crèche then I think we would haven’t have come back. We have booked our free personal training sessions and the instructor hasn’t turned up, followed by staff that I don’t feel want to be there quite frankly. Obviously I’m sure this isn’t the case for all colleagues. I really want them to make the facility better for it’s members and staff."
