"Nice clean pool and the staff are friendly enough, the stars lost are due to your showers in the pool area! In the mens changing area there are 2 enclosed shower cubicles, one of which the shower doesn’t even come on and the other has a broken light so when the door is closed it’s practically pitch black in there! These have been like this since before Christmas! So there are only 3 open showers very close together for the men to use, There are another 4 showers at the entrance to the pool, 3 are freezing cold and the only warm one is the accessible one which is low down for a wheelchair user Could you advise on when this may be sorted?"

"Great facilities. Clean pool, with different sessions throughout the day, I usually go at 6am or 9pm sessions. Not overly crowded at these times. Very friendly staff and class instructors. Great range of classes, including aerobics, pilates, Kettlebells, bootcamps and so much more. Great place for families and individuals of all ages."
"I haven’t used every facility here but everywhere I have used has been clean and tidy. Everything seems to work and the staff are always kind and helpful. Could do with a better coffee shop and that’s the only reason it’s not five stars!"
