"Friendly and helpful staff. It can get quite busy here,but the staff still take their time to help you with your enquiry. The carpet that is laid on the floor makes it difficult to push a wheelchair around though, not sure if it is because it is thick or perhaps too soft? The cabinets are well laid out with plenty of jewellery on display, making it eye catching and pleasant to look at. They do fix jewellery here too, some items they can fix in store but some items need to be sent away."
