"Would have given even lesser rating, very cold staff. Would not give correct information. Battery change they told the cost would be 18.99£. unfortunate that I have to change it every year and show the original purchase receipt every time. Not polite with customers. You lost a customer and family for ever."
"5 star service. I went to every jewellers in Cribbs and even a certain key cutting national shop to see if a basic issue with a bracelet could be repaired. Every one was mostly rubbish, sales individuals not jewellers. I was told either no or we will have to send it away for 4 weeks. Basically lack luster. Not the really helpful and kind dude in F Hinds he owned it and knew exactly what needed to be done and dealt with it there and then. I didn’t see his name but management of F Hinds you need to know that I really respected what he did and if you read this and want to buy jewellery in Cribbs causeway just of the M5 junction 17 goto F Hinds first. Thank you once again dude."
