Damian then made an appointment and accepted without issue when I had to cancel due to illness, He rescheduled and came yesterday. Excellent communication and punctual. The issue was resolved quickly and the place left tidy. Damian was very polite, professional and communicative. I received a quote back very quickly and was able to book in within a week, at a time that suited me. Damian came within the 4hr time window I was given at booking.
