"Brought my car to them after it had been sat unused during a cold snap and needed the handbrake/gears looking at. Other than oiling some parts they seemed reluctant to suggest the replacement of any parts or be able to provide a quote for this work, despite my insistence. Downplaying the condition of the car they let me drive away without a working reverse gear and barely working brakes. They seemed out of their depth beyond basic services; the owner(?) was vague/confused and unable to give me clear information or advice. Absolute waste of time."
