"BE CAREFUL!!!! I booked a villa with these people for the dates end of may, great!so it offered me to pay a deposit of £183.00 which I did thinking I would have a month or so to pay it off hence the reason for a deposit ,and they offer a direct debit monthly payment scheme so thought I could use that,but then in the small print it states that the holiday had to payed in full 12 weeks prior to departure which is easily to missed,so after paying deposit it stated I had to pay the holiday in full the next day which i couldn’t do because the 12 weeks was up the next day?I immediately cancelled on line then rang them the next day and stated it had been a terrible mistake I would like a refund which they refused and offered me a voucher for 2 weeks which was useless because I couldn’t book anything in that 2 weeks,so took my £183.00 and ran,should never of offered a deposit option if it had to be paid in full the next day."
"What an awful unhelpful horrible company. Booked a villa for 10 people £4200 Paid £1022 deposit. Few months later , circumstances changed with a few of the guests … so we can’t go. Realise we won’t get deposit back , but thought I could simply re-book another villa for the year after or something. But to make ANY changes to the holiday , they insist you pay the FULL balance first! So a lesser value holiday / villa (say for 4 people) will cost you £4200 because they are totally inflexible. And tough luck attitude. They got 6 months notice of my cancellation and I’ve now lost £1022 , they will simply re-book the Villa and take another deposit off someone else. 8 weeks after paying my deposit , I went on their site & discovered the same Villa rates had dropped by around £600 If you look at the price increments week before & week after Pleaded with them to help and allow me to swap to another holiday of 4 people Villa (cheaper) But no , they won’t do anything unless you pay the full £4200 (in my case) Disgusting and you , the director of the company should be ashamed running a company so inflexible and awful policy’s Enjoy my £1000 you’ve benefitted so easily"
"We rented a villa in Menorca through this company. It was utterly awful; the mattresses and bedding were cheap and old, old stuff hanging out of the top of the wardrobes, basic cheap furniture both outside and inside, a strange oil smell in the bedrooms and worst of all there was a clear ant infestation in the kitchen that they tried to mask with spray but we could not use the kitchen to prepare any meals. We also came home one night to find a cockroach. We complained and we were just given a complaints email who have done nothing because we left it too long. Do not use, there are some lovely villas in Menorca our friends booked for a fraction of what we paid for this. Disgusting."
"Stayed in the Villa Buena Vista in Fuerteventura. Villa was amazing. Immaculately clean, exactly as described and the location was perfect. The service we received from villa plus was exceptional. Pre-departure we had issues, which prompted me to contact villa plus. JJ in the UK was so helpful, and supportive. When we arrived we had a lovely welcome pack, plus pool towels. I have to give a big shout out to Emma who was our in-resort rep, she was absolutely amazing and definitely a credit to the travel industry, the customer service I received was phenomenal. I can't thank her enough she was so helpful and resolved the minor issues we had promptly. Villa Plus need to recognise staff like JJ and Emma, because they made my whole travel experience so easy and stress free. Will definitely be using Villa Plus again and would highly recommend the company. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. Please pass on my personal thanks to JJ in UK and Emma in the Fuerteventura office. x"
"We got home from our fourth stay at Villa Christina, Playas de Fornells earlier this week, another great holiday there. This villa is in a perfect location with stunning views over the bay, perfect for sunset watching with a G&T and a nearly private pool area at the back. Staff on the island were great, responsive when help was requested but respected our privacy, the cleaners, as ever, were fab. Just a few little niggles, the villa is starting to look a little bit unloved and needs some TLC, or at the very least a can of WD40 on the door handles. The lounge roof leaked when it rained so much so we had to employ a bucket! All the mattresses need replacing, this is a lot of money to be paying for a bed that would be considered sub standard at Butlins. Even smaller niggles are that the pool really should be heated, it is after all in the north of the island! The pool table needs to be moved, 4 holidays of missed shots because the walls stop the cue from being deployed at an appropriate angle, or you could supply short cues for these shots? As I said, small niggles that would make a great holiday perfect. Finally, we have noted that next year you have changed from Monday to Monday booking to Thursday, we can't get flights from the UK in the Midlands on a Thursday, so goodbye villa Christina, Asta la vista. Perhaps you are leaning towards the European market."
