"So I visited your store today with my sister, I was shopping in the window looking for ear rings whilst she wanted to look inside for baby bangles. As my sister went to enter your store, the owner was walking out with a customer and my sister asked politely for him to open the second door to allow her double pram to pass. As he opened the door. He turned to us and said " One of you could of opened the door, it's not hard isit." He then followed us into the store and tried justify the way he had said it and tried to apologise, I then turned to him and responded with " you do not expect that type of customer service whilst entering a jewellery store. I turned to my sister and suggested we look elsewhere as we do not want to spend money in places that treat you badly. Customer service skills definitely need updating"

"Went into day to get a chain repaired £60!!! Most expensive quote in the Romford market area - got it repaired in liberty centre opposite the public toilets small little white unit £15 - £45 difference chain reaction didn't check if chain gold either"

"Went to go get a nose piercing hear and they basically put a normal earring in your nose. Which clearly will come out as there is no butterfly holding it in. Do not go there for a nose piercing. I called them and told them about it and the man did not care. I don’t know they can do piercings but not know what specific stud you use for a nose. Now I have wasted money and will probably have to get my nose repierced again."

"Got daughter's ears pierced here. Thankfully no infections or problems afterwards. We bought the cleansing liquid they sold in store and followed their instructions to keep twisting and cleaning with the liquid. Why they lose a star is because they were not pierced on same level across both ears, but thankfully it's not very noticeable. Also bought a ring from here and it has served me well with no issues so far. They were patient with me while I decided what to buy."

"The only good part is the price. I got my nose done for £13, the guy gave good service, answered my questions, and got everything done quickly. I was told there shouldn't be a problem despite them using a gun to pierce me, he told me to keep the jewellery i was pierced with in until i heal enoygh to change it. A few days later and the jewellery bar was not long enough to accommodate the swelling and eventually this led to my body slowly pushing it out which hurt like hell. I went to another piercing place that use proper needles and was told that it would have never healed with that jewellery type in my nose and even if he did pierce me correctly he should've told me to change it asap! Terrible experience until I got it changed by a professional and now suddenly my nose is healing much better!"
