"After reading response from Lee- this is definitely right company’s listing as THEY were the company stated on our bank invoice to whom payment went to. Similar experience as a last review. Unfortunately saw it too late. Guy showed up with 3hours delay. Attitude was incredibly unprofessional. Gave as one quote over the phone and charged 4 times the price in person. Then was refusing to leave unless we pay him at 9pm! We wanted to speak with his boss/management but they were not answering the phone. Later on he told us that he is a senior management person. Overall definitely not recommending them. Not honest and ticking all the boxes of being unprofessional. Not to mention that they expected to be paid in cash, although they never mentioned that part! Please go and use different plumbers!"
