"Avoid. Was given a quote for a new hood (fitted) over phone, drove car to Romford, 70 miles, for 06:30. Was met by Bryan whose first words were, 'I hope you have brought plenty of money'. Then proceeded to take my keys and telling me lots more work needed doing which it doesn't. This would have doubled the original quote. Things started to get a bit heated as I thought I was being ripped off. Asked for my keys back and drove away. Since found a great company to do the work. Absolute pain in the backside!"
