I first got in touch for a quote on weds evening, he responded almost immediately and was round the following morning to fix it, arriving bang on time and sorted the issue quickly and effectively. He was really friendly and helpful-including being really good about having to listen to a long story from my 4year old about teeth brushing. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.
