"I cannot recommend Berry Property Services highly enough. Extremely clear communication with prompt responses, very readable and clear pricing with full itemisation and punctual. We had a reasonably large project which took 5 weeks to complete but there was clear communication throughout, which is of utmost importance. Inevitably there were teething problems at times, but these were all readily resolved, and Luke took ownership throughout the works to personally ensure satisfactory completion. Ancillary works which required other specialist tradespeople were all seamlessly organised such that there was continuous progress throughout the period - this sequential completion was efficient and well arranged. Undertaking building works is always an anxious period - there is no shortage of stories where work is incomplete at the end or not finished to a satisfactory level - I can say this has not been the case with Berry. I will certainly use them again and am providing this recommendation independently and purely to recognise their great craftsmanship, integrity and attention to detail.
