"I called this company to ask for some advice about my car as I was initially having problems with what I thought was my anti theft system, and after speaking to other garages who suggested that it was probably a major problem which would mean just selling my car as a non runner and getting next to nothing for it, the person I spoke to here asked if I had thought about checking the battery, and suggesting that maybe a new battery would be a cheaper option before taking it anywhere for diagnostics. So myself and my partner got a new battery and fitted it and it worked! Super chuffed! The guy that I spoke to (sorry I didn't get your name) called me back as initially he missed my call and I thought that was really decent. Thank you so much. Highly recommended"
"Spoke to Vernon last week about an issue with my VW Golf MK7. My golf kept flashing an error message over and over each time I used the car. Vern took the time to ask questions about my issue, and then got back to me the following day. Apparently this issue is very common in the MK7. We arranged for Vern to come round to my home the next day. He arrived on time and immediately started to work on the issue. I was impressed with Vern's knowledge on the golf and I appreciated him taking the time while he worked to answer all my questions. Even though he didn't get the issue fixed on the same day (needed another part), he returned two days later to finish off the job. Very impressed that he took the time to return. He was friendly and professional throughout our interactions and always responded to my queries. I would be very happy to recommend him to any friends and family, and should anything go wrong with my golf, he'll be getting another phone from me! "Very efficient and fast service. Highly professional and friendly. Communicated the fault on my car to my understanding and did so quickly despite the issue not being resolved by another professionals. Therefore the electrical equipment used was quick and conducive to my cars fault."
"I telephoned on Monday evening to explain the problem with my car, Vernon listened and said he could visit on Thursday. He asked me to text him my address, he already had the phone number from the mobile I called on and he would send me a 3hour window for Thursday. On Tuesday I phoned and left a message on his answer phone to make sure I had sent the text to the correct number ( I am not good with mobile phones) received no reply. Wednesday evening having had no response I telephoned to check all was well, he answered the phone and said all was well and I was booked in for Thursday. Waited all day Thursday no message from him by 4.15pm, I telephoned, got the answer phone, asked if he was coming and left my land line number as well. It is now Friday and still no response. My advice, stay well clear of this person. All the negative reviews can't be wrong, as I have learnt. After reading the response from the owner, I have to say he can't tell fact from fiction. We never agreed on a Friday visit, it should have been Thursday. I have a Text from him admitting he was wrong and sending his apologies. He only contacted me after I had posted the review and had contacted a reliable person to look at my car."
