"WORST company/garage to do any work people are very rude and they had missed the few things on my car. I had to redo those and they said just will take 15 mins but took over a day and couldn’t fixed the problem so had to visit another company to fix the rest. “NEVER EVER USE THEM”"

"We were referred by insurrance company. Delay and mistakes were made but I was still happy with the service as they called regularly, explained and I can say, Ross, Steve , and John were amazing. However , there is a woman in reception that is horrible, she lied and made mistakes 2x then she screamed at me and demanded to go there Now, and so on,later when we called as asked by John ( as a fault was still showing) , she again refused to even listen , horrible person, would never return as long as she works there. The service itself is fine, I was happy with the works, but she needs to learn how to behave as human beeing, never even mention Customer Service. I have never spoken to such a horrible person before."

"I can recommend Abbey Coachworks for the body work carried out on my ML. They were recommended by my insurance company. My car had been in an accident and needed replacements and repairs. Abbey Coachworks allowed me to keep my car as it was still drive-able while they arrange to get the parts. Once the car went in, I only waited 2 weeks for everything to be completed. I was very happy with the work carried out, Abbeycoaches had to fabricate some of the parts as they were no-longer made. I was also kept informed of each step of the car repairs progress. When it was finish the car look 'as good as new'. My car was also cleaned to a very high standard. I am grateful for the care Abbey Coachworks took with my car."

Work done to a high quality, and insurer guarantees the work for as long as I own the vehicle. Vakeesan at Abbey Coachworks was excellent throughout, thank you! There was initially a delay with courtesy car, but a this was resolved three days later after repeated calls to insurer. The delay here is understandable because demand can be high at times. The delay is the only reason for me giving 4 star instead of 5 on this occasion, but I appreciate there is limited control by the garage here. The courtesy car itself was a good vehicle."
