Gary handled all of the estimate communications with the insurers and liaised between all parties to ensure that my car was put back to factory standard. After booking my car in Gary immediately started work on the car and turned it around in just a few days while keeping me informed all the way through. I am very very particular with repairs/paint on my cars and I can safely say the finish is 10/10 taking the car back to factory perfect. My car also required a new underside tray which Gary sourced and fitted for me without any hesitation. This is my fourth time using Ital Coachworks and they have always done an exceptional job on my cars. Gary is someone who gets it done and will always have a honest and transparent approach to any work."
