"Got my luggage for a handle and wheels replacement, and when I collected everything looked great. Today I finally decided to use my fixed luggage to go on a trip, and this is what I find. The inside completely destroyed, the broken pieces left inside and an abandoned screwdriver. Went to replace a wheel and ended paying for a destroyed luggage. Update: after using it with 13kg load for 6 blocks, one of the new wheels broke and the other is about to fall. 2nd update. Returned from my trip after 4 days, and of course, the 'quality repaired handle' broke as well. What a surprise."
