"Totally shocked by the owner of this business. Came for a screen protector. Sold me an expensive overpriced protector which was the same that was on his black iPhone. He Fitted it to my phone which unbeknown to me he put on a white border suited protector for a white iPhone not my black iPhone. After I expressed my concern that it’s white and doesn’t match he told me that was what I chose. Wrong! He then said he only has white ones left. Not my problem. He showed me the black which is what I ordered. I told him you’ve mis-sold me. , He then tried to snatch my phone from my hand; it was like a “tug of war”. He got my phone and wouldn’t give me my property back until I paid. I managed to get my phone from his hand after he was stupidly distracted by me. Took off the white screen protector and gave it to him Disgusting behavior!! Totally shocking!! WARNING: Think 3 times before you come here to spend your money. Unethical. Rip off merchants."

"The staff are friendly enough but my experience wasn't good, and I won't go back. I paid for a replacement usb port 2 years after buying my phone as it became loose. The original quote from one member of staff was £45, but a different member of staff was present on the day I brought in the phone for repair, and he tried to charge me £55. It became loose again a month later and they initially tried to convince me it just needed cleaning with a toothbrush. When this didn't work they wanted to charge me again for another usb port."

"Very good experience with this store. Had a windows 7 laptop in need of a new hard drive, very friendly, knowledgeable manager, I told him that I needed the computer fixing as soon as possible and I got the computer fixed on the same day even though he had a load of older laptops in need of fixing. He even offered to install a windows trial version for me if I came back to the store. Very helpful, quick, friendly, Will definitely come back. Would definitely recommend to others :) Thank you very much!!"
