My boiler gone down a week before Christmas (!) when there was -3°C outside, and when I called them, they came straight away, and did their best to fix my very old boiler (almost 30 years old) just to keep me and my family warm for 2 days, when they came and installed new boiler. Our system was very old and dirty and they took all necessary steps to make sure that the system is cleaned in a safe way before installing new boiler.
