"Would gladly give zero or even negative stars if I could. I made a booking with Surreyside Autohaus 5 days in advance and messaged them for confirmation. I received a message back with confirmation, saying they opened at 9.30am. Arrived at the place at 9.25, confirming with the next door business that it was the correct place. Sat around until 10.30, called both phone numbers on the website 15 times with no response. This is beyond unprofessional and an absolute waste of time and petrol. The good reviews lulled me into a sense of security but I would totally accept the possibility that they are paid for fakes. Abhorrent. Avoid at all costs."
