"After having a small non fault dink pre christmas my insurers arranged Grover to carry out the works. I was kept upto date with the progression and my car was ready on the estimated date. I will like to add that i'm very fussy about my car. Usually i will do all the work myself but my insurer advised it was the best thing to do right now to get moving again. Front bumper, right front wing and all the gubbins replaced and everything is spot on. All in all a very happy customer here."
"Awful customer service. Every time I rang to ask about my car I got very flippant and unhelpful replies from the lady on the ‘customer service’ line. She gave me replies such as she ‘had no idea when it would be ready’ & ‘Your guess is as good as mine’. She did not give a flying fig and made no attempt to find out answers to my questions. They also took nearly 3 months to schedule in the work. They were instructed by my insurance company - I would not use them again."
"I would not recommended this business they are totally unprofessional . My insurance company appointed them to fix my car . After 3 months of trying to get an appointment they collected the car and then tried to say the insurance company asked them to return it on the same day without being fixed . The bottom line is they didn’t want to do the work as it wasn’t in their Remit even after they received several photos of the damage Then tried to but the onus onto the insurance company who knew nothing about the car being returned and said they had not authorised it totally unprofessional company . Ian was exceptionally rude and unhelpful .They are totally incompetent and after reading the reviews am very pleased they never repaired the damage to my car ."
"Had two areas of damage repaired. Work is good, however was paid up front by a third party and not enough time was made to complete the works - this was not their fault, however due to my shift pattern we made a plan for a Monday drop off and Thursday/Friday collection. They never contacted me, and said it would be done on the Monday when I called to chase. I explained it was specifically set for certain days due to my work, and the receptionist basically said it was my fault for dropping it off late - even though that was the agreement. She then tried to charge me late collection even though it was Grover who couldn’t stick to their side of the deal. They also broke my parking sensors and have not ever contacted me when advised. Good work but do not pay up front!"
"A biffa lorry went into me and this garage was paid to do the work on my car, when they brought it back to me the colour match was wrong and my bumper still hanging out, the insurance told them they are to resort it out. In the mean time they knocked my radio code out i asked them for it which they said i have to pay it i didn't know that such a company both mangers had such a chip on their shoulders! They said code was down to me but the car was sent it with the radio working. Not to mention the hassle its cause by not doing the work correctly which has cost me time and money. Would avoid at all cost! With my bumper not flush and the colour completely wrong white and cream picture doesn't show what you can see with the naked eye. Once its gone in the second time if the works on the body is correct i will update."
