"Yet again Rugal Repairs come to the rescue. 22 hours ago our Washing Machine suffered a catastrophic failure. Within minutes the engineer called back to diagnose. Replacements options were presented late evening and after checking specification we ordered the brand new Miele this morning. Here we are at 14:30 and Emanuel here with the new machine installed.
