Sent Scott a note on Saturday night to say I had no hot water coming through any taps, he replied that night and booked me in for Monday first thing, plumbers arrived exactly as they said they would, took a look at the setup and diagnosed the issue very quickly, Excellent service, I also asked for a quote to replace a pump and a shower, Scott called me later that day with a realistic quote. "Although they found and repaired a leaking pipe in my bathroom they left a hole in the bathroom floor (looking through to the kitchen downstairs). Despite promises to come and repair the floor after two weeks with no date, I ended up paying a tiler to fix it as I was afraid someone would get hurt. When I asked for an invoice for the work they did, again I was told several times that it was on the way. I've still not received it after a month. I expected better service from a local company."
