"Overpriced and not transparent with the charges. I have agreed for the health check and asked for a quote for doing work if any faults were found. However, the garage send me a delayed invoice with unreasonable prices . It would have been more transparent if Hampton Motors put forward the invoice for the health check first and then a separate fixed price quote for doing the work. Their charge for the car parts was significantly higher then for the top quality parts from Eurocarparts. I have paid three times less at the other garage in Hampton for the same work. Awful communication as well. I would never use this garage again."
"Booked my BMW X5 in for an mot and a tyre change. Excellent service and very professional. Adam was extremely helpful and transparent about the cost for the tyre change so there were no surprises when the invoice came through.
