"I have had two things done by Lakeside in the past and both I booked an appointment as I was not in any rush. I then had a problem with the car and typical, this time I had an appointment I really wanted to keep. I went round first thing to see if there was any way the car could be looked at to see what the problem was. This is why I gave 5 stars as within about 10 minutes I was told what the problem was !! Liton even took the time to explain it. As I had an urgent appointment he was able to make sure the car was drivable while waiting for the part. I have had three things done on the car now and been impressed by the work but also their customer service !! The lady at reception is very friendly and helpful and she discusses with mechanics so I know what’s going on. They genuinely want to help and they will get a quote or explain what needs to be done beforehand. I would definitely recommend them!"
"I have been using Lakeside for many years for my BMW and have always received a great service. Not sure what is going on here now , changed hands? Each time I call it's a bit of a farce, left hanging on the phone too. Tried to book my BMW in for back brake pads today and technician told me that they don't like dealing with cars going through warranties as too much hassle. I said I would have to go somewhere else, and he basically agreed. End of relationship, loss of a loyal customer!!!"
