He arrived at the designated time (on the dot), he was friendly but very professional, quick and very thorough in determining our fault and was able to teach us about our dishwasher and plumbing system. Eric tried many different things before determining the issue. He was honest and helpful in everything he did. His call out charge for us was £70 (which is the standard call out for most companies like this) but it seemed like a steal with how much effort he put in to making sure he (and us) fully understood the issues and what best to do about fixing it. Could not reccomend him enough."
