"I called after a piece of furniture broke on me on a Sunday. This was particularly inconvenient for me for it to break as I have a one bedroom flat with a small baby so I could not have the broken piece of furniture as it was as it was unavoidable and unsafe. I called this company and within the hour he’d come out and fixed it for me, really lovely guy and his wife works with the business to. Together they put my mind at ease as I was a bit panicky as I was stressed at the situation of what happened, fearing I wouldn’t be able to get it fixed. And he didn’t even charge me the whole fee as he had it done in no time and explained what had happened d how to avoid it happening again.
