My only criticism is that the communication before the appointment was handled rather unprofessionally. We were contacted at 2140 the night before our appointment, when we were told that it needed to be moved by an hour forwards. It's a good thing we checked our emails because we could have easily missed it, and my girlfriend would have been gutted had this happened. She's well worth booking work with however, just be prepared for a possible similar experience!"
