"I booked for a massage today at 10am this morning for 1pm this afternoon, when i arrived at the salon, the shutters were down. I tried ringing both the salon number and personal number, no answer!!! About 20 minutes after, they decided to ring me and say that the lady who was supposed to do my massage was not in the salon today. I booked my 1pm appointments at 10am this morning, that gave them 3 hours to notify me about not being able to go ahead with the service, i spent my time going to coventry just for this!!! Will deffo not use in the future"

"100% RECOMMEND Mindi is lovely and makes you feel completely comfortable when getting your laser done. Very easy going! I started my laser about 4 months ago, and after 2 sessions, majority of my light hair disappeared. After the third I saw a the hair growth had completely slowed down on more stubborn hair. You’re missing out if you choose not to get laser done here!"
