"Horrible customer service. The manager was so rude when having to help us. I asked her if the mugs were damaged or scratched and if I can return them. I had 2 mugs that I saw there and then that were chipped, I went back and the arrogance of her response shocked me saying "well I checked them and because you took them out of the shop you can't return them". When I told one Staff about the chipped mug they told me "I don't know how to answer you"."
