"Just been to Next in Weston super mare and bought some Jeans, a brown t-shirt, sunglasses and some socks. I was helped by a lady called “Agy” (per what looked like her name badge). Her customer support was perfect. She was approachable and very friendly. She was understanding with the amount of items I tried on and expressed gratitude when I hung the items I didn’t want on a rack in what I tried, was a manor that made it easy for the staff to sort out. She was kind and supportive and helped me to find the item’s I needed making useful suggestions which resulted in me leaving with a top That fit me better. couldn’t ask for a better customer service to be perfectly honest.
