Considering majority of them are younger/college students this was disgusting from what they expected from them. "It's a decent sized store here. The stock levels are alright, quite a lot of items on sale. Hard to find items in the sizes I want, so majority of the time I leave disappointed. Staff totally ignore you and are not interested in helping you with anything. The store was messy when I went in today, shoes were everywhere all over the benches, so didn't bother to ask to try any on. Would shop here again as it's the only one around and I like the JD exclusive items, but wouldn't go out of my way to shop at this store."
"Brought some trainers 2 days ago, went to take them back today because they didn't fit right, to be told I couldn't have a refund due to not having the box, I told them that my son had destroyed the box (kids love boxes) but I have a valid receipt, they still would not. Not to mention the staff are miserable and I swear I had a wiff of weed by one of them. I did however go on to purchase another 2 pairs of shoes but overall, each time, not a great experience. Shop somewhere else."
