"Used this company for specific end of tenancy clean. The cleaning itself was good but I felt they took advantage of strapped and desperate students (other cleaning firm had to cancel at the last minute) they quoted £300 for 3 cleaners (9 hr job) and yet it took 2 cleaners 6 hours but they still charged £300. £50 an hour for cleaning isn't the going rate... Once questioned they did bring the price down to £280 but I still feel they took advantage."
