"Terrible experience! Massively overpriced, shockingly bad cut. When I called a month later to book in for a tidy up to rectify the horrible job, I was told that they would only rectify faults within the first 1-2 weeks. When I offered to pay for a tidy up it was almost the same price as a full groom! Customer service is terrible, totally not bothered that they had just lost a new customer! Avoid at all costs. Even the locals say they don’t like it and have recommended other better, cheaper groomers elsewhere."
