"When I heard the news that my Xinxin had passed away, it was completely distraught, but I was glad to have had the option of a memorial for him and getting his urn which was well package with love was the closure I needed. I will never get to hear him Meow again but I have a part of him with me now. Thank you for helping through this difficult time."
"Our 17 year old cat who had been on heart medication for three years, collapsed on the evening of 4th February. We rang Vets Now in Harrow and they saw us straight away. We knew what had to be done and we were treated in such a kind and compassionate way even though they weren’t our regular vets. Our cat was treated with gentleness and everything around him was so calm and caring. I didn’t get the name of the young lady vet we saw but I would like to take this opportunity to thank her for her kindness. She was a perfect balance of professionalism and compassion."
"My old Greyhound was in a bad way and as it was a Sunday I had no choice but to ring the emergency vet. As Vets Now work out of the surgery we usually go to I decided to go there. When I first rang them they took all my details and told me I would have to pay just over £300 to be seen. I must admit I was disgusted by this fee but I had no choice but to get my boy Alfie there as soon as possible. Once I arrived at the vets I was greeted by a nurse and from that moment on thewy were absolutely amazing, unfortunately Alfie had to be put to sleep but all the staff were so good to both me and Alfie, they made him so comfortable and helped him to pass so peacefully. Unfortunately I cannot remember the name of the ladies who looked after us but if you are reading this I would like to say thankyou again for everything you did that morning, you guys are the best."
"Good experience, excellent care for my cat. Particularly pleased with really thoughtful conversation about what the best thing to do was. Easy to find, and could park outside which eased the stress too. Only slight grumble was the price- of course, I expect out of hours pet care to be expensive but it was really pricey. I have heard since there is another out of hours vet which is cheaper (not fact checked that though!). But for clinical care, really good."
"Disgusting rip off , charged over £400 for a consultation where the vet only listened to my dogs heart and gave him an anti sickness jab . Completely missed the big tumour on his left kidney , my poor dog was in agony and the vet did not want to give him pain relief in case it made him drousy. Next day my own vet found the mass on examination and we said goodbye. Never again will I use this service."
