"A regular walk circuit....about 5 miles around the reservoir. Lots of bird life to watch, coots, ducks, geese, cormorants, grebes, an egret I think? Bird hide on the way round. Cafe at visitor centre fine. Often quite busy."
"Would like an option to park for 3 hrs as 2 not quite long enough and don't wish to pay £5 for all day . The walk round is lovely though"
"Fantastic setting, family friendly, large car park £3 for 2 hours or £5 all day, great paved walk around the reservoir, toilet block, catering, cycle friendly, picnic tables a great way to spend leisure time with family or to run/ cycle/ walk for fitness."
"A good place to walk around on a tarmacked path but can get very busy, lots of people walking, running or cycling around. Dogs are NOT allowed around the reservoir. £5 parking for the day which you will need as unless you walk fast you will need longer than the couple of hours cheaper parking! Sailing out on the lake to watch and lots of water birds to be seen. Toft Alpacacas can be seen from the far side. Remember to use facilities before you set out as there are none around the reservoir."
"A beautiful ace but not well maintained. Lots of room to make it so much better. Went with family but really struggled to spend more time. Fed the ducks. It does have a stink..."
