"A wildlife haven in five acres of managed woodland. Accessible paths. Gate open off Carisbrooke Road with small carpark. Toilets."
"What a lovely find in Leicester, perfect for a stroll & fresh air. Interesting facts about plant species & when they arrived here."
"Great little gem. Peaceful spot for a mini walk and some nice info about the trees. It is open on weekends now. The website should read botanic-garden and has more info if you go to the right site."
"A lovely quiet patch of south Leicester with plenty of interesting and we'll labelled tree species. Lots of wildlife. Paths a little slippy underfoot, so recommend sturdy footwear."
"My lady and I both like trees so this is the place! The trees are laid out in the order that they arrived in the British isles after the great ice sheets melted. The amble round took about 90 minutes. There is a toilet and parking on site but you'll have to take your own munchies. Great stuff"
