"Good morning, I wish to thank Outdoorsplash for outstanding customer service. I received a parcel which they sent it was badly damaged in transit. I emailed the customer service desk they responded very quickly and positively. They took onboard the issue and their emails where very reassuring they would act quickly. There was a few emails exchanged between us and they were always very polite and informative. My issue was resolved very quickly considering they had to search for a replacement part, not easy in these times. My replacement part arrived well before their stated date. I have not received such a service in a long time, very refreshing to know there are people out that still care about the customer. Really big WELL DONE to all staff involved. many thanks Rob."
