"Whilst Steph was here it was absolutely brilliant, she always provided the highest level of service and my dog bonded well with her as her groomer! My girl is generally an anxious dog and Steph no doubt always prioritized & understood her needs. Now that she is on Maternity leave, there is struggle just to get through to any member of staff by phone! The appointments provided are with huge delay and my girl wouldn’t be comfortable going anywhere else. She is a double coated breed and her shedding has been difficult to deal with without her regular grooms, even having explained this there is still a long wait. This place isn’t the same without Steph! She was the absolute best!"
