"Always really professional, lovely staff members. Never had a problem with them and my dog is always happy and waggy-tailed when he's there!"
"A big thank you to Molly and Jasmine who made our visit to The Beeches on a busy Saturday such a good experience. We are looking after an elderly cat who took ill, and Molly was very professional, kind and provided excellent service for the cat - we are glad to say she is doing much better now!"
"I have known the team for about 3 years now, I have never questioned their ability and professionalism. Whoever I speak to is a delight and is trying to do the best for us and our Axel. Axel has had a few trips now and he loves everyone there! They do the upmost to make sure he leaves in tip top condition and a spring in his step. I highly recommend the practice to anyone in the area, a fantastic team."
"Took our cat here in June as we were quoted a lot less than our usual vets. Wish took more notice of the other bad reviews. Vets and nurses are inexperienced and incompetent. He went in to have a loose tooth removed, others cleaned and potentially removed. He was operated on by Nikki B who gave him his initial check-up. At the time she mentioned she could hear a heart murmur but otherwise was fine - completely missed the fact this was actually heart disease and to operate on him was extremely risky, not to mention the records say ‘no murmur’. We only discovered the heart disease as despite two follow up appointments here, we had to take him back to our usual vets because he was having issues with his teeth. Both vets weren’t happy with what had been done and how they were looking. When I asked for the records to be sent to myself in order to pass them on, I was questioned why and told they don't usually give them – I can see why. On our second post op check, we told the nurse he had been coughing a lot and thought it may be asthma, to which she told us to just monitor for now. Turns out this was actually him trying to cough up fluid due to heart disease. On this visit, he was taken from us in the reception area, and we didn’t even get to go with him whilst his teeth were supposedly checked for all of two minutes. At the first post op check, the nurse (a different one) couldn’t even open his mouth, and after barely trying, she gave up and took him into another room to be checked by someone else. He’s the friendliest cat you’ll ever meet, so opening his mouth is not an issue. These supposed checks caused unnecessary stress for him to travel back and forth. Even months later, his red gums/teeth have caused him to claw at his mouth and tear it with his badly cut claws; we asked them to do so whilst he was operated on, and we’ve never seen claws cut like it before. From day one, The Healthy Pet Club was constantly pushed on us; I can only assume they are affiliated. Would avoid here at all costs; who knows if they’d miss anything as critical with your pet also, as well as poor treatment either way."
