Reviews
"Tells children more information than the main parent carer eg. Telling children you're allowed both parents phone number if it's ok with main parent carer without informing the main parent carer. Also... how many more phone numbers do you need for 1 building? Anyone wanting to call would have to ring each unit before getting to right place."
"Social worker will promise children or even parent to take children to the local park or ramps, just as parent gets the children ready, social worker rings and says sorry I can't take them today blaming meetings or manager saying weather is bad. They should ask the manager first before promising outings. It leaves children very disappointed and parents having to calm the situation down."
"Dirty rooms, incompetent staff, not aware about autism and health hazards. Not willing update knowledge even If provided from official sources. Lies to cover up own mistakes."
"Not good because it's shut down"
