He was quick to respond but I was a little worried about the worthiness of the machine and wanted advice on whether I should get a new one. Dropped the sewing machine off to a house porch and asked if it was worth being serviced but the lady wasn't sure. Messaged Jay and he said it would be ready to collect the following afternoon. Didn't hear anything so called two days later and she said it's ready to collect with an extra fee due to changing a bulb. I do wish I'd have been told about the amount of repairs that were needed, I would have opted for a new machine rather than getting this one repaired. Thanks anyway, tip included in payment."
