"Quality service with a quick turnaround on work (less than 24 hours from drop off). I had an issue where the console wouldn't accept discs and read them with my PS5. Ian was able to identify the issue even before looking at the console. He kept me updated throughout and asked for permission before proceeding with work and managed to fix the console within 24 hours. Fairly flexible hours for pick up and drop off which was ideal with where I traveled from. Thoroughly recommend this business."
"Very impressed with Ian's service here. Nintendo Switch was constantly overheating. Ian essentially diagnosed the problem over email. Very open about pricing (which was very reasonable). Drop off and pick up was smooth and he didn't give me a hard time when I was a bit late (sorry!).
