"My family has been shopping at BUDD since its early days in the 1960s and it's easy to see why. Buying a new fridge freezer from them was a pleasure from start to finish. The Hotpoint fridge freezer I wanted was priced competitively, but I found it slightly cheaper elsewhere, and they did not hesitate to price match when I told them. Two days later, Damian and Rhys took my old fridge freezer (which they said was heavy due to ice) down three flights of stairs at my block of flats, and then brought my new one up the stairs and fitted it in my kitchen. I gave them a KitKat Chunky each for their efforts! This is an excellent store with knowledgeable staff."
