"Bought 2 beautiful jewellery sets for granddaughters today - served by a very rude, couldn't really care attitude shop assistant. Merry Christmas, maybe wish for some manners on your Christmas List Missy!"
"Staff were friendly & patient. No hard selling, gave us time to look. Definitely would recommend."
"Warren james has to be the most unprofessional joke of a jewellery company myself or my family have ever dealt with. I bought an engagement ring from them took it back within 2 weeks as I found a much nicer ring else then I was told refunds are not possible only a voucher. I was alowed to have when returning the ring with was £500 so I used the money on a few items not out of choice but because I was forced to except a voucher. Myself and fiance got our wedding rings from there to use up the vouchers. I ordered my first ring 8 weeks before my wedding I was told it would be in the store for collection within a few weeks. Around 3 weeks later my fiance went there and they had sent the wrong size to the store, the lady said sorry and then ordered the right size we were told it would be delivered into the store soon even assured before the wedding day. 3 weeks went on no phone call so we decided to travel once again to Cardiff which is 30 miles from where we live it was not at they're store with only 2 week to go before our wedding we were forced to buy another ring a back up ring just incase the other one did not turn up (which it didn't) then I get a phone call today (on my honey moon) saying sorry this ring is no longer available what an pathetic joke of a so called company. I would seriously advise anyone not to go to Warren James especially if you need to order things to the store they're whole attitude of a Company stinks and they're customer services is diabolical to say the least. AVOID THIS COMAPNY they are ridiculous and not Evan an offer for the cost of petrol parking or just out of decency."
