"Used Cardiff-Autoscreens to fix a cracked side window. The job was completed reasonably quickly and seems to have been done well, but when I was assured the glass they'd left from changing the window would be cleaned up, this didn't happen. I then had to phone them back up to come and clear up properly, lending them a broom as they'd only come prepared with a dustpan and brush, and there was still lots of glass left on the pavement and road. I had to go out myself and clear it up so children/dogs wouldn't cut themselves. The photo below shows how much glass was left after the second clean up attempt. On top of this, they were more expensive than competitors, which given I had to ensure the job was properly cleaned up, does not seem worth it. Would strongly recommend rethinking if planning on using. A shame, because as I say the job was done quickly and the communication prior to the job being done was spot on."
