"Our very old boiler broke down on a Saturday, and within a few hours of contacting them, Mo arrived and quickly identified the problem. After explaining a new boiler would required, which came as no surprise because of the age and visible condition of it, he suggested suitable locations we could put it since the original one was in an unsuitable location. His team came the following day, on a Sunday because we were without heating or any hot water, and started work with the job being completed the following day. The entire team was super friendly, hard working and professional. They patched the hole in the wall with plasterboard and even went out of their way to help me load a heavy box into my car as they saw me struggling with it! I would recommend these guys to anyone, they definitely earned my trust and I hugely appreciate them starting the job on a Sunday so I was only without hot water for a couple of days."

"Let's Heat Installation provided one of the best services I've ever experienced. My previous boiler was roughly 20 years old and needed to be replaced; Because of how weird the pipe layouts are in the house, I realized this wouldn't be an easy task. Furthermore, we've recently installed a new kitchen unit for the boiler, and previous engineers left me with little or no choice when it came to installing the boiler around the unit without having to fully dismantle it. I contacted Let's Heat, and they agreed to come out the next day to inspect the boiler and give me a quote. The quotation was sent through email in a digital format. It was as simple as clicking the link in the email and accepting the offer on their website. The job began the next day (day two). The boiler was installed successfully and my unit left intact. The radiators were cleaned out on day three, and all trash and debris were removed. The boiler appears to be in excellent condition (very quiet), and the pipework appears to have been professionally installed.
