"Beware everyone! The prices on display are wrong, when you get to the till you have to pay double the amount. Appalling service from Claire, lady with white hair. She is basically just there to argue with the customer and staff are busy gossiping, they don't help you when you need assistance. You have lost a sale!"
"Do not visit! The products are of a cheap quality and break very easily especially the silver earrings and chain. They r obviously selling fake products at cheap prices. I was speaking to one of the staff about the faulty earring and could over hear the manager (rude lady with white hair) and some moody guy behind the counter yelling at some old customer, felt sorry for them. Terrible customer service! As a customer I was feeling very uncomfortable, I am definitely not re-visiting this dodgy place again. Also beware do not go by the prices on the window as they are not correct, when you get to the till they give a completely different price."
