"Amazing hotel! Really friendly staff! We checked in at around 11am on Monday 15th August (only specifying this so the person working gets recognition) we were welcome by a lovely woman on reception who gave us an upgraded room and couldn't do enough for us. Unfortunately we didn't catch her name but she was brilliant. We went to the rooftop bar which is a MUST! Stunning views across London and the prices were reasonable considering where you were. We visit London about once a year and we will definitely be looking to stay here for future visits. Amazing location, great hotel and amazing staff. 5 stars!"
"Gorgeous hotel nestled on a quiet street in a very happening neighborhood. The rooms were new, large and beautiful. Exactly as pictured on their website. Staff were very friendly and went out of their way to help me figure out my adapter issue. I booked the Roomy room and it had a desk for me to work at and lots of space for my 2 suitcases. I would give them an extra star if I could just for the water pressure in the shower which was amazing!! Rooftop bar is also gorgeous and great view of London. I will definitely stay here every time I'm in London!!"
"Happy we chose this hotel, very modern decor and always loved green tiles so biased on that already! Shower is amazing..no loss of pressure and hot water. The bed is perfect for me, it was too firm for my partner so unfortunately all different preferences. A previous review mentioned headboard back-light wouldn't turn off - there are different switches for those so maybe they missed them. Took photos at 6am and with the curtains drawn it's dark. Love the high ceilings and not a lot of curtain fabric as they are the worst for dust. All in all a great new hotel in a coveted location. Quiet too given the proximity to theatres."
"Honestly incredible! Upon arrival, our room was a little bit late for being ready so they gave us a voucher for free drinks at the rooftop bar which is AMAZING! Such a beautiful view! The staff even randomly brought us water and told us to hydrate because of the hot weather which was a really friendly touch. The rooms are big and clean, beds comfy, the aesthetic is to die for! Will 100% be coming back, the staff should be proud❤️"
