"Followed a groomer from Dobbies (at her request) to a new place of work, here we are the second visit in & now left high & dry for the rest of the year! Feel utterly disgusted as well as extremely betrayed! it appears we were only notified of her move & our business required to ensure she had clientele to get her going…. Not condusive to any good business acumen! The first lesson of any good business is to recognise, the customer is your biggest asset!!! The previous owner worked extremely hard to get the business up & running & sadly since selling is now in fast decline!!"

How ridiculous that sounds, Im sure your a big enough girl to make your own choices in life, my guess is you followed because you were happy with the job they did? I don't believe these girls would leave anyone "high and dry", sounds like you weren't able to get the exact time and date you wanted so now you have thrown a paddy and stamping your feet, this just goes to show they have many customers they are trying to please and not willing to disappoint other customers for one Karen, you are no more entitled than any other customer, I advise you give your head a good wobble!
